106. Provision of direct services not assigned to another RMTS code

This code should only be used when providing a direct care service that cannot be attached to any other code. This code should be used when directly providing a direct care service, such as home delivered meals, congregate meals, transportation, or personal care. Provision of supervision or support of a direct care service, such as oversight that occurs through care/case management or administrative activities that support your agency’s utilization or enhancement of the service, should be coded under the corresponding activity.
